By this notice, the general public is hereby informed that applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG) various Degree Programmes for the current academic session.

Bauchi State University (BASUG) online screening exercise commences from Monday to Friday.

Eligibility Criteria For Bauchi State University Post UTME/DE Screening Exercise

Application is open to;

Candidates who applied for admission into degree programmes of the Bauchi State University, Gadau for the current Academic Session and have scored 140 points and above in the UTME. A minimum of Lower credit/merit in Diploma or seven points in NCE/IJMB for Direct Entry candidates.

Steps on How to Purchase BASUG Post UTME Form

1. Visit the University’s portal at www.basug.edu.ng
2. Create account
3. Make Post-UTME screening fee payment using your ATM card or by generating RRR and make payment in the bank (N2,000) for BASUG and N300 as transaction/portal charges for FlexiSAF).
4. Details of the Bank account will be provided on the portal.
5. Fill in the online form providing the following information:
   1. Personal details including JAMB score and Registration number
   2. Educational Qualifications
   3. Contact information
   4. Chosen course of Study
6. Submit form online. Applicants do not have to physical visit the campuses
7. Successful candidates will be contacted via the email addresses provided.

Note: If your O’level are not ready, indicate awaiting Result. You will be considered when the examination body releases the results.

ATTENTION: Each candidate is to come along with the following:

1. 1)Evidence of payment of Two Thousand Naira {2,000.00 Only for the screening made into the University First Bank Account No. 2019665054. (Note: come along with the teller given to you at the Bank).
2. O’ Level Results
3. UTME Result
4. A’ Level Result
5. Recent Passport Photograph

Note:All candidates are to report at their venue for the exercise on the stipulated dates.
