Job Description

This position will report directly to the Coordinator of Resident Programs & Volunteer and will assist with the efficient and effective operation of the facility by offering support in clerical duties.

Responsibilities of a Front Desk Receptionist

  1. Assist in clerical duties
  2. Answering and directing all incoming and internal calls
  3. Greet and direct visitors, families and residents
  4. Receive packages
  5. Screening all persons entering the home

Eligibility Criteria

Grade Twelve Diploma or Equivalent
Demonstrated good organizational skills
A good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any other types of technology

About John Noble Home

The John Noble Home is a Class “A” 156 bed long term care facility owned and operated by the City of Brantford and the County of Brant.

The Home also operates the John Noble Day and Stay Program for individuals with memory loss who live in Brantford and Brant County and Bell Lane Terrace which is a 26 unit seniors affordable housing complex.
