5.) NNPC/Sheell SNEPCo Scholarship Programme

NNPC/SNEPCo National University Scholarship Programme is a scholarship programme sponsored by Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Limited (SNEPCo), its co-venture partners and the Nigerian

6.) MTN Nigeria Foundation Science and Technology Scholarship Scheme

MTN Nigeria Foundation Science and Technology Scholarship Scheme  was established by MTN Nigeria Communications Limited in July 2004 to drive MTN Nigeria’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) initiatives aimed at improving the quality of lives in communities across the country.
This foundation invites applications from high performing full time second year students studying in public tertiary institutions (universities, polytechnics and colleges of education) in Nigeria. 7.) NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme

NLNG Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme was founded as a critical component of education intervention programme for it host communities in 1998 and later opened up to the rest of Nigeria in 2003.

The programme has a total of 2,833 undergraduates from various universities in Nigeria who have benefited from the scholarship scheme with a spend of over N600 million.  The value of the scholarship has been reviewed upward from N100, 000 to N300, 000 per awardee for an academic year and it runs throughout the duration of the student’s course. 7.) ExxonMobil Undergraduate Scholarship Scheme

ExxonMobil undergraduate scholarship scheme which is organised by Mobil Producing Nigeria (MPN) with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), awards 500 undergraduate scholarships annually to students in Nigerian universities. Sixty-two percent (62%) of the total scholarship awards are allocated to students who are indigenes of the operational communities / states which includes Akwa Ibom State that gets fifty percent (50%) of the award and Rivers States that gets twelve percent (12%) of the award. PTDF Scholarship Scheme is borne out of the sole mandate of developing, promoting petroleum technology and for creating the human resource needs of the oil and gas industry through research and training of Nigerians.
